Im using Wi-Fi, and understand that installing fring is free obviously, aswell as using Skype to Call skype to skype is free along with MSN Messenger, but Skype Out how does that work on a rate?, thats not free right or is it free over wifi?

on a 2nd note am i able to call someone elses phone using Skype from my phone?

As far as I know and understand, the rate is the same as being charged at usual SkypeOut rates.

There is a actually skype for the n95 but it's in Beta. If you make calls or receive calls from the software, you are charged the cost of a local call to some local gateway.

When you call skype-to-skype you use their servers and while inside their network, it's free. If you need to call a landline, it has to break "out" onto the PSTN network and transfer the call to a telephone. Hence this incurring a charge. You baiscally pay for skype to connect the call between their network and the regular telephone.

thank you for the reply, yes that explains it so basically skype to skype and messaging is only free, and basically just answered my next question which was if SkypeOUT was the same thing as the header under it Cellular Call :P, which is. thanks guys
