Nokia Music Manager Limit??

Is there an "official" Music Manager limit?? I've got a library of around 8000 mp3's, totalling around 100 gb... Music Manager'll scan around 3904 of them, and then say they're corrupt when I try to play or copy them to my phone...

I wanna know if that's a limitation of the software, if it's because I'm using an external drive over USB2, or it's something else, before I go digging and trying to fix it up...

I'd prefer to use Nokia Music Manager over Windows Media Player, because of the eac+ compression and the bluetooth support (even if it means I have to leave my PC on over night... I hate wires..)

I seem to remember a few people reporting directory problems in such situations

If it's not too much trouble, dividing your music into seperate folders may help you out

Different genres maybe? There are applications you can use to do this if the songs are tagged properly

90% of it's tagged as electronic :P Nah... I let Windows Media Player look after my library... guess I'll have to suck it up and deal with it (and hope it's fixed in the future)

my pc suite updated yesterday and it said the patch fixed a few things. remember it mentioning something about music crashing or something.....

hrmmm... mine updated not so long ago as well... might bring my portable hdd into work and see what happens there...
