What is the difference between software versions 112.020.0310 and 112.020.0309?

What is the difference between software versions 112.020.0310 and 112.020.0309?
My wife's white 808 (US warranty) has software version 112.020.0310.
My black 808 (grey market) has software version 112.020.0309.
Hers connects to the internet with 3.5G.
Mine says 3G, but all I get is “Connection failed. Connection unavailable.”

Very minor differences based on regional product code variances. Definitely nothing to do with your internet connection problem, which must be caused by other issues.

You should probably switch to 2G or turn off 3.5g
Settings, Connectivity, Admin Settings, Mobile data, High speed packet access, disable

    This got me working:

Have Consumer Cellular send you a configuration text message.
When you open the text message, select SAVE.

    Then:

    Settings
    Connectivity
    Settings
Network Destinations (you can copy to another destination, change Priority, etc.)
    Internet
    your home Wi-Fi
    ConsumerCellular
    WAP Services
    your home Wi-Fi
    ConsumerCellular

If you see AT&T anywhere, delete it.
